Coconut Protein Cookies

Coconut Chai Protein Cookies

2 cups of dried apricots
1 cup of date pitted
2 scoops of Raw Chai Protein Powder
1 cup of unswetetend shredded coconut
1/2 of a cup of hemp seeds
cinnamon
nutmeg
cloves
cardamon all to taste…I would say a teaspoon of all except cloves bc they are strongly flavored
1 scoop of Green Perfect Food
2 cups of almond butter or nut butter of your choice
1/2 cup of water
2 cups of pumpkin seeds
Truvia or Stevia to taste

Put dates and apricots in food processor then add that to the other ingredients…mix with hands…form balls then bake in a 350 oven for 10 minutes until only the outside is olden…you want them to stay sortat raw in the inside.

Cherry Coconut Choco Balls

1 cup of dried cherries
1/2 of a cup of dried organic unsweetend coconut
3 Truvia or Stevia or Stevia drops to taste
2 scoops of Raw Chocolate Protein
2 tablespoons of organic unsweetened coco powder
1 cup of water
1/4 of a cup of raw organic caoco nibs
2 cups of Earth Balance Peanut Butter with Coconut Oil
1/2 of a cup of chia/flax meal from Garden of Life
1 scoop of Chocolate Perfect Food

In a food processor grind up dried cherries, then add then to a bowl and add all other ingredients…use your hands to mix…then put a little water on your hands and mold the balls…place in fridge to harden.
